9:00 am  “Legislative Visits 101 & Update” – this meeting will update you on current MLTA issues for your legislative meetings, provide you with material for your visits, provide you with a schedule of your appointed visits and preview the day in general - BOJI TOWER – 22^ND FLOOR – 124 W ALLEGAN, LANSING, MI (CORNER CAPITOL/ALLEGAN) – TAKE ELEVATORS TO 21^ST FLOOR, THEN PROCEED TO THE 22^ND FLOOR ELEVATOR

9:45 am  Legislative Visits begin - LOCATION/APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SET FOR YOU BASED ON THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE ON THIS SHEET.  SCHEDULES WILL BE DISBURSED DURING THE 9:00 MEETING

11:30 am  Legislative Luncheon-all legislators will have received an invitation to this luncheon; it is advisable to remind legislators in your morning meetings - State Capitol – 1^st floor (South/Senate side) 

1:00 pm  Legislative Visits continue - LOCATION/APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SET FOR YOU BASED ON THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE ON THIS SHEET.  SCHEDULES WILL BE DISBURSED DURING THE 9:00 MEETING

In scheduling with legislators, it is important that you provide all requested information, including zip + 4 if possible.  Once we have received your completed form, we will provide you with a confirmation.  Approximately 1 week from the event, you will receive an agenda along with any other information pertinent to your visit to Lansing.  On behalf of the MLTA, thank you for your attendance at the 2012 MLTA Legislative Day.
