Having a website that’s mobile friendly and being able to connect with clients on their smart phones is vital these days, according to a new report from the National Association of Realtors. This shouldn’t be a surprise to you.
In the newly released “Real Estate in a Digital Age 2019 Report,” NAR says that 76 percent of all buyers say they found their home on a mobile device.
The younger the buyer, the more likely they are to use a mobile device for their home search:
• Older millennials (29-38): 81 percent
• Younger millennials (21-28): 80 percent
• Generation X (39-53): 78 percent
• Younger boomers (54-63): 68 percent
As far as communication, the report shows that real estate professionals prefer to text with their clients.
• Text messaging: 93 percent
• Telephone: 93 percent
• Email 92 percent
• Instant messaging: 38 percent
• Postal mail: 27 percent
If you’re a title professional trying to reach real estate agents, the top social media network is Facebook. Among Realtors who use social media, the most used:
• Facebook: 97 percent
• LinkedIn: 51 percent
• Instagram: 39 percent
• Twitter: 33 percent

Here are some of the ways you can use Facebook for your Digital Marketing.

• Host a Facebook Contest
• Promote your Facebook Posts
• Have ‘Sponsored Stories’, they are a type of Facebook ad

Tip #1 Focus Five – Connect with 5 people on Social Media a day by Liking, Commenting, and Engage with them. Relationships are everything use Social Media to build the ‘Relationship”.
Tip #2 Time Block – If it’s not on the calendar there is a strong chance it will not get done. When it comes to Social Media ‘Time Block’ 1 to 2 hours monthly to batch create content. Second schedule 30 minutes weekly to schedule your posts. Third, take 15 minutes daily to do Tip #1.
Tip #3 Batch Create Content – Review the month ahead… what holiday, what “National Day of”, record your videos for the month, and create or pick your graphic content, review and reposes your content.
