Lisa Rozmarniewicz, CLTP
Lisa (Elizabeth) Rozmarniewicz is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Capital Title Insurance Agency, headquartered in Southfield, MI. She has been in sales and marketing for 30 years working with international medical companies prior to her finding her niche in and around the Real Estate industry in 2000. Having been a lender, a licensed Realtor and a licensed title professional, her knowledge of the entire transaction has given her the ability to understand key areas of value/benefit for each player in a real estate transaction. Lisa has been in the title industry for 15 years, the last 11 with Capital Title. Along with her full-time job, Lisa has also taught Marketing, PR, and Advertising courses as an Adjunct Professor for Cleary University, Concordia University, and Baker College Online. For the last 2 years, she has served as Chair of the MLTA Communications and PR Committee after serving as a member of this committee. Lisa has also served on the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations, Love INC in Livingston County and The Real Estate One Charitable Foundation.

LaRee is the Risk Analyst Manager at Legacy Title Agency. She started her career in 1984 working in the largest building West of the Mississippi in beautiful downtown Seattle in the Columbia Center with one of the nations largest underwriters Chicago Title Insurance Company. In 1988 LaRee moved to Michigan continued her career in Title.
LaRee is very passionate about education for herself and others and is an active member of the Michigan Land Title Association She currently a member on the Education Commitment and has served as a Past Chair for the Education Committee and Boot Camp.
LaRee lives in Southeastern Michigan and loves to travel and spend time with her three daughters and her two granddaughters.

Brian Kasiborski, CLTP
Brian is Michigan State Underwriting Counsel for Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. In this role, he provides agency support for Michigan real estate transactions and is responsible for underwriting policy in the state. Brian is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Michigan State University College of Law. Despite having both schools on his resume, he is true Blue all the way.
A fully trained and certified mediator, Brian also serves as an Adjunct Professor at North Central Michigan College. When not chasing little white balls through the woods or chasing hockey pucks around the rink, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and supporting all things Michigan and Detroit.

Sharlene Shineldecker has been in the title industry with the Transnation group for nearly 35 years. Shar started in the title industry in 1987 with the then LandAmerica group of companies. She received recognition from LandAmerica through receipt of the Achievers Circle Award and Star Recognition Award.
In 2008, she was among the group of executives to purchase the Grand Rapids and Lakeshore offices from LandAmerica and form the employee owned and operated Transnation Title Agency. The agency has grown with her assistance from 9 offices and 75 employees, to over 30+ offices and 300+ employees and now operates in additional states. Specializing in Escrow Operations, she performs high-liability commercial transactions in addition to overseeing the Escrow Operations as a primary owner of the company and serving as Vice President of the Lakeshore Division Offices. Shar hold a license in Michigan and Indiana as a residential title producer and in Florida as a non-resident producer. She is active with MLTA as well as ALTA, the Muskegon Chamber governmental affairs committee; Title Action Network, United Way and the West Michigan Association of realtors.
She loves finding solutions our customers encounter when “things seem impossible,” in a real estate transaction. You will find Shar’s desk in Muskegon, but she could be anywhere in the state helping our customers and staff navigate the title industry challenges. She resides in Fruitport with her husband and truly loves the Western Lakeshore of Michigan with its pleasant relations coupled with the intense community pride. Kevin Lounds, CLTP
Kevin is the VP Title Production for Lighthouse Title, facilitating the production channel for more than 20 offices company wide. His title career started as a temporary part time summer job with Metropolitan Title posting the Title Plant in Grand Rapids in 1993. Kevin has performed all title production functions from posting to policy issuance in his 25 plus years in the industry through his various positions with both underwriters and agencies alike, both in Michigan and the 7 other states he holds title producer licenses for.
Kevin is an 1986 graduate of CMU with a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology, and a 1993 graduate of Grand Valley State University with an additional major in Group Social Studies with an emphasis in American History, and a secondary education teaching certificate. Kevin is licensed in Michigan, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Florida and Louisiana.
Kevin resides in West Michigan with his wife Nancy and are finally empty nesters enjoying Lake life in Pentwater and quiet time in the trout streams of Michigan.
Jacquie Brink, CLTP
Having a passion for experiencing all that life has to offer, and having a witty sense of humor about it, Jacquie Brink pushes herself daily to evolve both professionally and personally. Currently serving the SVP, Great Lakes Regional Manager for First National Title Insurance Company, she partners with independent title agencies throughout the Midwest to assist them with business growth strategies. With over 30 years of industry experience, she brings a wide variety of expertise to her clients including sales & marketing strategies, operation management, and business development.
Jacquie earned her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently working on her MBA focusing on Creative Leadership. She is a currently sits on the Executive Board as President-elect for the Michigan Land Title Association and serves on several committees for the organization. Jacquie is an on-staff Ambassador Volunteer for the non-profit organization Homes for Our Troops, which is a supported charity of the Michigan Land Title Association.
She has received numerous awards throughout her career, including Affiliate of the Year for two Board of REALTOR Associations, Volunteer of Year, and numerous sales & marketing awards. When asked to share something special about herself both professionally and personally, she stated:
“I know I don’t fit into the same box as everyone else, which to me is perfect because being cookie cutter only works in a bakery. I especially enjoy my profession because it allows me to explore and meet people from all walks of life. Winning awards is always a great feeling, however providing another human with a rewarding experience much cooler.”
Jacquie and her husband Scott live in Mid-Michigan, and she enjoys traveling, music, photography, and numerous outdoor activities including long distance trail running.

Michael Holden CLTP
Michael is Vice President Strategic Agency Manager, NORTH AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY (NATIC). Michael has been serving the title industry since 1989. Michael received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and has previously owned and operated a large title agency. Prior joining NATIC, he was national agency manager for two different regional underwriters. As an active member of the American Land Title Association®, Michael serves on several committees and has previously served on the agents’ section to the board of governors. In 2021 he was named one of the top 100 people in real estate by Top 100 People in Real Estate Magazine®.
Michael has been a speaker for several state land title association conventions and helps provide CE classes to title agents in the Midwest. Michael has a wealth of knowledge about the history of the land title industry in the United States and publishes a monthly article titled: “The Ramblings of a Title Man.” In 2007 he was recognized as “Top 40 under 40” by The Title Report™. In 2020, his second book, titled “The Ramblings of a Title Man – Second Edition” was released. His family has celebrated 100 years of service to the land title industry in 2020 and published an archival web site www.holden100.info to celebrate the century milestone for his family.
Michael and his wife Laura love leisure travel, hiking, and art collecting. Michael donates his time as an Ambassador for First Tee Cleveland and serves on the advisory board of Taleris Credit Union.
Wes Parkinson, CLTP
Wes is the Michigan State Agency Manager for Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. He started his career in 1998 with one of the nations largest underwriters working in their regional finance department. In 2004, along with a business partner, Wes bought a small title agency in West Michigan. After selling the agency in 2013, he stayed on the agency side working for a couple large Michigan agencies in operations and sales.
Wes is a graduate of Baker College in 1999 with a bachelors degree in Business. He is an active member of the Michigan Land and Title Association, where he chairs the sponsorship committee. He also has his resident producers license in the State of Michigan.
Wes lives in West Michigan with his wife Cindy and their 2 daughters Reese and Logyn. When not working he enjoys spending time at their family cottage, playing golf and Michigan State University sports.
Laurie Callaghan, CLTP
Laurie Callaghan is the Sales Manager and Regional Vice President for the Lakeshore Division of Lighthouse Title Group. With over 23 years of direct operations, sales and agency knowledge, Laurie is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, developing new relationships and assisting with growth within the division.
Laurie holds her title insurance license with the State of Michigan, is an active member of the Michigan Land Title Association and currently serves on the Marketing Communications Committee.
When not working Laurie and her husband Sean enjoy spending time at the family cottage, being on their boat or traveling.
Tom Lico, CLTP
Tom Lico is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Capital Title Insurance Agency based in Southfield, Michigan and has been in that role since 2004. Tom’s professional career began in 1988 when he worked for Standard Federal Bank as a Loan Counselor. After that, he spent 3 years with GMAC Mortgage in their Relocation Department then as a Loan Officer. In 1995, Tom became a Mortgage Underwriter at Flagstar Bank, then Assistant Vice President over their Correspondent Lending Department. By 1998, Tom became Executive Vice President of John Adams Mortgage Company before moving over to the Title industry in 2004.
Since 2004, he has also served on the Executive Committee of Real Estate One – Michigan’s largest real estate brokerage firm. From July 2011 – July 2015, Tom was a charter member of an Agency Advisory Board of a national title underwriter. Since July 2014, he has served as a Board Director for the Michigan Land Title Association and served as the MLTA President for the 2019/2020 term. Tom is also an active board member of RESPRO and co-chairs the planning committee for the bi-annual Realty Alliance Title conferences.
Tom is also an accomplished public speaker, event host, and comedian having performed at industry related conferences, award ceremonies, and local comedy clubs. He enjoys golfing, traveling, golfing while traveling, and entertaining. Tom lives in Sterling Heights and has a daughter currently attending Michigan State University.
Debbie Haught, CLTP
Debbie Haught has been in the title insurance industry since 1986 with 34 of those years in a management capacity. She brings her entrepreneurial spirit to each position she has held from small to large agencies, developing and managing joint ventures and successfully running an $8 million dollar organization for 17 years. She is a graduate of Northwood University, having received her degree Summa Cum Laude in Business Administration – Management. She is the Vice President of Operations for Mt Pleasant Abstract and Title, Family of Agencies and proudly serves on the MLTA Board. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, Bryan, such as mountain biking, hiking and sailing.
Kimberly O’Connor, CLTP
Kimberly O’Connor is a Vice President and Central Division Underwriter for WFG National Title Insurance Company. With over 24 years of industry experience, she started her career as a residential and commercial examiner in 1996 for one of the nation’s largest title insurance underwriters. She then moved on to the legal department handling claims and underwriting for several years before settling in as State Counsel. Her vast experience includes filing rates and forms nationally, and handling consumer complaints for the State of Michigan.
Kim served four years on the Michigan Land Title Association’s Board of Directors, and is currently a member of the Legislative, Sponsorship and the Professional Designation committees for the organization. Being a part of the Legislative Committee she has been an intricate part of passing several laws effecting the title insurance and real estate industry in Michigan. Kim is very passionate about education and enjoys conducting training sessions on several platforms. In addition to numerous presentations and speaking engagements, Kimberly has presented and taught numerous Continuing Education classes for Title Insurance Agencies and Realtors since 1999.
She is a graduate of Michigan State University where she received a B.A. in Political Science Pre-Law in 1989, and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit in 1993. She is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association for Real Property and Probate, and the State Bar of Michigan’s Real Property, Marijuana, and Probate section.

Meredith H. Weingarden is a Vice-President, Michigan State Counsel and National Commercial Agency Counsel for the Fidelity National Title Group, which encompasses Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Meredith is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Women Lawyers Association, the Real Property Law Section, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Legislative Steering Committee of the Michigan Land Title Association. She also serves as Co-Chair of the MLTA Legislative Committee, has served on the Board of Directors of the MLTA, and is the Case Law Coordinator for the Residential Transactions Committee of the Real Property Section. In 2015, Meredith was given the Robert J. Jay Award by the MLTA in recognition of her contributions and service to the title industry. In addition to providing underwriting support, Meredith has acted as claims counsel, prepared and presented educational materials at FNTG and MLTA sponsored seminars, as well as for the Real Property Law Section/ICLE, conducted individual training sessions for agents and direct operations as requested, and written numerous articles for the MLTA publication, The Title Examiner. Cindy Immonen achieved her CLTP in July, 2015. Cindy joined the Fidelity National Title Group – Michigan Agency team in 2013 as an account manager for the State of Michigan. She has over 30 years of experience in the title industry and has held many positions within our industry. Cindy is an active member of the Michigan Land Title Association, as she currently serves as Director and as the Education Committee Chairperson. Maura A. Snabes, Esq., CES®, CLTP
Maura Snabes earned her CLTP designation in July, 2014. Ms. Snabes is a licensed Michigan attorney and began her career as underwriting/corporate counsel for Northern Michigan Title Company in 1994 and since 2002 has been VP/Underwriting Counsel for Corporate Settlement Solutions’ Michigan and National operations. In 1995, she established Northern Michigan 1031 Exchange Company (now known as Corporate Exchange Services) which is a qualified intermediary for forward, reverse and build-to-suit tax-deferred exchanges. She is a Certified Exchange Specialist® as certified by the Federation of Exchange Accommodators and a licensed Michigan real estate broker. She regularly gives seminars on 1031 exchanges and other real estate matters to real estate and tax professionals throughout the state. Ms. Snabes is co-chair of the Professional Designation Committee, is highly involved with her community and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Charlevoix-Emmet Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Zonta, the Antrim-Charlevoix-Kalkaska Association of Realtors and is a Girl Scout leader.Ms. Snabes lives with her husband and three children in Charlevoix, Michigan and enjoys singing and participating in and watching competitive sports.

Bob graduated from Hope College in 1988 with a BA Degree in Management Emphasis. He was hired out of college, by The Title Office and placed into the Management Training Program, where later he was transferred to Eaton County to start up a location for the Title Office network. In 1991, Bob took an opportunity to work for Metropolitan Title and manage their Allegan County Office (the county in which his hometown of Hamilton was located). Over the years, Bob grew to an Area Manager role overseeing several locations. In 2001, an opportunity to become an Entrepreneur, Bob partnered with the Lighthouse Group and started Lighthouse Title. In 2004 Bob was named a Grand Rapids Business Journal “40 under 40” award winner as well as in 2010 was awarded the MLTA “Robert J. Jay” Award. Within the MLTA Association, Bob has been involved with many committees, with a passion for the Communication efforts of the “Title Examiner” the MLTA quarterly newsletter. In addition to committees, involvement on the MLTA Board for two terms and recently completing the 2013-14 term as Association President. Bob and his family (Shayne, Corinne, Alex and Anna) live in Holland, Michigan and he is involved outside of MLTA in his family, church and community activities.
Deborah Wiley
Deborah Wiley earned her CLTP Designation in June of 2013. Debbie started her title career in 1976 posting the title plant for Burton Abstract and Title Company in Flint, MI. She has held various positions throughout her many years in the industry and is currently a Michigan Agency Account Manager for First American Title Insurance Company. She has been active in the Michigan Land Title Association (MLTA) for most of her career and continues to sit on numerous committees including the Education Committee which she chaired for several years. She also is a member of the Board of Review for the Professional Development Committee and was elected to the MLTA Board of Directors in 2011. Debra Bartlett
Debra Bartlett earned her CTLP Designation in August, 2012. Ms. Bartlett’s career began in 1982 at Northern Michigan Title Company in Charlevoix, Michigan, where she eventually served as President. Her experience is multi-faceted in both the residential and commercial real estate and includes title, closings, underwriting, policies and construction. She joined the CSS staff in 2003, and currently oversees the Michigan offices while also coordinating closing services for National Operations. Debbie is a graduate of Ferris State University. A native of northern Michigan, she lives in East Jordan with her husband, Steve. Ms. Bartlett is a member of the Michigan Land Title Association and serves as chairperson for its Professional Development Committee. She is an affiliate member of the Antrim-Charlevoix-Kalkaska Association of Realtors, a licensed Real Estate Broker, and a licensed title insurance agent in Michigan. Sarah Maddox Sutton
Sarah Maddox Sutton is the Fidelity National Title Group Midwest Agency Director of Education. Sutton conducts monthly webinars for the agents in our region, along with face to face training on a wide variety of Title, Escrow, Sales, Industry Best Practices, Non-Public Information, and Regulatory topics. Sarah’s services include ongoing development of educational seminars for the FNTG Midwest Region agents.
Sutton’s background and experience include owning and managing her own title agency in Michigan. Prior to that, after many years acting as a closing broker for other real estate firms, Sarah opened a specialty niche real estate company. She personally has processed and closed over 5,000 transactions throughout her career. Sarah served for 9 years as Michigan State Agency Manager for Fidelity National Title Group (Fidelity, Chicago & Commonwealth). Sutton started her 30+ year career in the real estate industry. Past accolades include being a real estate continuing education instructor in Michigan; serving on the Board of Review for the content of the real estate broker state exam for licensing; serving on the Board of Review for content of the Michigan title insurance state exam for licensing; Co-Chaired the Michigan Land Title Association (MLTA) Education Committee & served on it for over 10 years; served on Professional Designation Committee and is a past Chair for the Public Relations/Communication Committee for the MLTA. Sutton also served as the Chair for the Board of Review for the new MLTA Professional Designation Program for five years. In addition, provides service as a member to the ALTA National Title Professional Designation committee.
Sutton was one of the first to earn and hold the MLTA Certified Land Title Professional Designation in Michigan and was the first person in Michigan to obtain the prestigious American Land Title Association (ALTA) National Title Professional Designation.
