The Association along with the Communications/PR Committee have some exciting news to share. Beginning in March, you will be able to find the MLTA on Facebook and Instagram! These two new accounts will join the LinkedIn account that already exists. Administration, content development and posting to these accounts will be handled by Bowe Digital.
Bowe Digital’s founder, Wayne Stanley, has a long history with the title industry. Wayne was Director of Public Affairs for the American Land Association (ALTA) in Washington, D.C., and helped to develop the Homeowner Outreach Program (HOP). Wayne also increased ALTA’s social media presence over 150% and grew its footprint with national and local media outlets. (Bowe Digital)
We are excited about this partnership with Bowe Digital, as they assist us in growing our exposure to our members, potential members, legislators in Michigan, as well as to the public in general. It will give us another avenue of communication to our membership, other than email, too! Some of the areas we envision using social media for are upcoming educational seminars, meetings/convention, fundraising initiatives as well as networking events. Having a presence on these platforms will also assist with Millennials, Gen Z and Gen Y finding us, in places they are active on daily, to learn more about us and our industry.
